Forward a deck. Get the IC memo in ten minutes.
CraftFlow turns 30 to 50 page pitch decks into partner ready memos with citations back to the original slides. No new dashboard. No new login. The slow part of deal flow, automated.
Stop reading decks. Start shipping memos.
The slow work decides which deals make IC.
A single VC analyst still spends most of their week on tasks that have nothing to do with judgement: pulling companies out of decks, building founder profiles, drafting the partner memo. It is manual, repetitive, and it is the work that quietly decides what your fund invests in.
6 to 8 hours per week
…per analyst, on tasks that should take minutes. That is a full workday lost to extraction and summarisation.
30 to 50 page decks
…per deal, with the company info buried on page 38. Reading is the bottleneck, not thinking.
Founders without context
LinkedIn, prior roles, GitHub, press. Stitched together by hand, often right before the IC meeting.
Four steps. You edit, you ship.
No new dashboard. No new login. Send a deck, get back a partner ready memo you can sign your name on.
Deck to brief
The full 30 to 50 page deck is read end to end and converted into a structured brief: market, traction, team, ask.
Founder dossier
LinkedIn, prior startups, GitHub activity, press. Compiled into one page, every claim sourced.
Memo draft
Each section of the partner memo is drafted from the brief. You edit inline, you sign your name.
Portfolio watch
Public signals across your portfolio are tracked and surfaced before each team call, not after.
Three things. Done well.
We are not building a Swiss army knife for VCs. We are building the three things that already take the most time, and making them take the least.

Portfolio signals that matter
When something in your portfolio materially changes, a hiring ramp, a traffic drop, an exec departure, a draft message is queued and waits for your confirmation before it goes out.
- Weekly digest for the whole portfolio
- Real time alerts for material changes
- Drafts go through you, never around

Frequently asked.
Anthropic Claude, currently Sonnet 4.5, accessed via the Anthropic Messages API. Long context reading and structured outputs handle the deck parsing; small models handle retrieval for the founder dossier. Your data is never used to train foundation models.
PDFs and PowerPoint today. Google Slides via export to PDF works. We are adding native Google Drive integration next. Drop a Notion link and it pulls the page in.
You get the memo as a Markdown email reply with inline citations. Edit in any text tool, or export to Notion or Google Docs in one click. The work leaves under your name, not the AI's.
Decks are encrypted at rest and in transit. We delete source PDFs after processing unless you opt in to keep a private knowledge base. Per fund tenant isolation is on the Scale plan.
Not yet. We are testing a fine tune on Claude with two design partners first. If you have a corpus of approved historical memos and want to be a beta partner, reach out.
